Paul Bloomberg was born in Baltimore, Maryland on March 14, 1953. He was admitted to the Maryland Bar in November, 1978, the United States District Court of Maryland in December, 1978, and the District of Columbia Bar in 1984. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Bloomberg graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Miami (B.A., 1974), and the University of Maryland School of Law (J.D. with honors, 1978). Mr. Bloomberg became a Certified Public Accountant in January, 1984.
Mr. Bloomberg is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, the Howard County Bar Association, and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants. In past years he has served as a member of the Ethics Committee of the Maryland State Bar Association.
